At Majestic Arome, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and packaging each fragrance, and we aim to ensure that your experience with us is seamless and enjoyable. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal and intimate nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

However, returns are eligible under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product (incorrect fragrance or quantity)

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • You received an expired or defective item

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@majesticarome.com with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide further instructions. Please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank or UPI details for manual refund processing.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened perfumes

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after the return window (48 hours)

Please note: Perfume preferences are subjective. Refunds will not be issued for personal dislike of fragrance notes once the product is opened.


5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by writing to us at support@majesticarome.com. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.


6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is visibly damaged or tampered with on delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately. For lost shipments or tracking issues, our team will assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
